1. 수업운영방식에 따른 입국 안내
- 수업의 진행방식은 2021학년도 1학기와 동일하게 대면수업과 비대면 수업으로 구분하여 진행을 합니다. 다만, 2학기에는 대면시험을 원칙으로 합니다. 2학기 수강신청 과목 중에서 1과목이라도 대면시험을 진행하는 과목이 있다면 한국에 입국 하여야 합니다.
- 수강신청을 할 때 대면수업을 수강신청 예정인 학생은, 한국 입국 후 14일 자가격리 기간을 고려하여 8월 17일(화)까지 한국에 입국하기 바랍니다.
- 모든 과목을 비대면 수업으로 수강신청을 하더라도 시험을 대면으로 진행하는 과목이 있다면, 최소 9월 중에는 한국에 입국을 하여야 합니다.
- 수업 및 시험의 대면, 비대면 여부는 개설과목정보 및 각 과목의 수업계획서를 확인 바랍니다.
※ 2학기에 해외에서 입국을 하는 학생이 많을 것으로 예상됩니다. 입국에 문제가 발생하지 않도록 비자 준비 및 항공편 예약을 미리 잘 하기 바랍니다.
2. 표준입학허가서 발급 안내
- 대상자: 2021-2학기 복학 신청자 / 코로나19로 인한 미입국자 / 귀국 후 재입국허가 기간이 도과한자 등 입국을 위하여 신규 비자발급이 필요한 학생
- 법무부 출입국관리사무소 정책에 따라, 개강 이후에는 표준입학허가서 발급이 불가합니다. 입국을 위하여 신규 비자발급이 필요한 학생은 미리 종합봉사실(+82-2-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr)에 표준입학허가서를 신청하여 비자 발급 준비를 신속히 하기 바랍니다.
- 표준입학허가서의 유효기간은 3개월이므로, 유효기간 내 비자발급을 신청 하기 바랍니다.

Guidelines for Fall 2021 Courses and Arrival to Korea
‘Guidelines for Fall 2021 Courses’ notice has been posted on the ‘학사공지’ bulletin board on the university website. It is advised that all the international students be sure to check the notice carefully.

1. Arrival guide according to the course operating plan for the 2021 fall semester
- The courses will be divided into face-to-face course and non-face to face course as same as the 2021 spring semester. However, unlike the 2021 spring semester, middle and final exam should be taken in in-person regardless of the course format in the 2021 fall semester. So, students who are currently in abroad and expected to take exam in-person, are supposed to prepare for entry to Korea as soon as possible.
- Considering the 14 days of quarantine period after arrival in Korea, Students who want to take face-to-face course are advised to enter Korea at least before the August 17 (Tue), 2021.
- Even if students register for all the courses as non-face-to-face course, if an exam is supposed to be conducted face to face basis, Students must enter Korea at least before the end of September 2021.
- Please check the information on the Courses Offered Info and the syllabus of each course carefully to check course and exam format.
※ It is expected that many students will return to Korea before the semester begin. So, please be prompt to prepare visa and flight reservation to avoid any problems with entry to Korea.
2. Guide to apply for the Certificate of Admissions
- Target: Students who need to apply for the D-2 visa to enter Korea (Applicant of return from leave of absence / Students who currently stay abroad due to Covid-19 / Any person whose re-entry permit period has expired after returning home country etc.)
- In accordance with the policy of the Immigration Office, the Certificate of Admission cannot be issued after the semester begin (September 1, 2021). Therefore, students who need to get the D-2 visa to return to Korea should contact the Onestop Service Center (+82-2-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr) and require the Certificate of Admission ASAP.
- The validity of the Certificate of Admission is 3 months, so please apply for visa issuance within the validity period.

1.根据课程运行方式入境指南（以滞留海外的学生为对象）
- 课程的运行方式与 2021 学年度 1 学期相同，分为面对面授课和非面对面授课。 但是，第二学期以面对面考试为原则。 第二学期选课的科目中，哪怕只有一门是进行面对面考试的科目，也必须入境。
- 选课时，打算申请面对面授课的学生，请考虑到入境韩国后14日的自行隔离期，最少于8月17日（周二）前入境韩国。
- 即使所有科目都是非面对面授课，如有考试是面对面进行的科目，至少要在9月份入境韩国。
- 课程及考试是否面对面，非面对面的方式，请确认开设科目信息及授课计划书。
※ 预计第二学期从海外入境的学生较多。 请提前做好签证准备和航班预订，以免入境出现问题。
2.标准入学许可证签发通知
-对象: 2021-2学期复学申请者/因新型冠状病毒而未入境者/回国后再入境许可时间过期者等入境需要发放新签证的学生
- 根据法务部出入境管理事务所的政策，开学后不能发放标准入学许可证。 为入境需要新签发签证的学生，请提前向综合服务处（+82-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr ）申请标准入学许可书，迅速做好签证签发的准备。
- 标准入学许可证的有效期为3个月，请在有效期内申请签证。
