2022-1학기 입국절차 및 입국 후 10일 자가격리, 격리장소 예약 안내
1) 입국안내 및 준비사항
① 한국 입국 후 10일 자가격리를 마쳐야 캠퍼스 등교 및 대면 수업 수강, 시험 참석이 가능합니다. 등교 및 대면수업 참석을 위하여 유학비자(D-2) 발급이 필요한 학생은 비자신청 및 항공권 예약을 신속히 하기 바랍니다. 코로나19로 인하여 비자심사 및 발급에 3~4주 이상 많은 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
② 표준입학허가서는 유학비자(D-2)를 발급받고자 할 때 필수로 제출하여야 하는 서류입니다. 입국을 위해 유학비자(D-2)를 새로 발급받아야 하는 재학생은 종합봉사실(+82-2-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr)로 발급 신청을 하기 바랍니다. 2022학년도 1학기 신·편입생은 국제팀에 표준입학허가서 발급을 문의 바랍니다. (재입국허가 기간이 유효한 학생은 표준입학허가서를 다시 발급 받을 필요가 없습니다.)
③ 비자신청과 관련하여, 자국 내 한국대사관(또는 영사관) 홈페이지에서 비자신청 제출서류 안내를 반드시 확인하기 바랍니다. 아래는 최근 코로나19로 인하여 일반적으로 세계 각국 한국 대사관(또는 영사관)에서 추가로 요구하는 서류입니다.

- 출발일 기준 72시간 이내에 발급된 코로나19 음성확인서(*음성확인서 관련 문의는 출국 전 자국 내 한국대사관 또는 영사관으로 문의)
④ 2021년 8월 10일 이후부터 국내에 입국하는 모든 외국인은 출발 전 국가에서 출발일 기준 72시간 이내 발급한 PCR 음성확인서를 반드시 소지하여야 입국이 가능합니다. PCR 음성확인서 기준 미달(예: 출발일 기준 72시간 경과 발급) 또는 미제출자의 경우 입국이 불가능하니 출발 전 PCR 음성확인서를 잘 준비 바랍니다.
해외에서 한국에 입국하는 모든 입국자들은 입국 후 공항 검역 장소에서 자가격리 어플리케이션을 핸드폰에 설치해야 합니다. 이때, 격리할 곳의 주소, 본인의 한국 전화번호, 보호자(격리장소 관리자) 전화번호를 입력해야 합니다. 한국에 격리공간이 없는 학생들은 미리 적절한 격리 숙소를 예약해야 합니다. 한국 전화번호가 없는 경우, 미리 출국 전 한국에서 사용 가능한 USIM을 반드시 준비하기 바랍니다.
⑤ 공항에서 신분확인이 필요한 경우, 공항 검역직원에게 국제팀 담당자 전화번호(02-705-8048)를 알려주기 바랍니다. (업무시간 외에도 확인 가능)
2) 입국 후 10일 자가격리 및 격리장소 예약 안내
① 2021년 11월 1일 이후부터 해외에서 입국하는 대한민국 국민과 외국인은 입국 후 10일간 자가격리를 하여야 합니다.
② 2021년 12월 3일 이후부터 해외에서 입국하는 대한민국 국민과 외국인은 예방접종력에 관계없이 입국 후 10일간 자가격리를 해야 합니다. 다만, 학술‧공익적 목적(국가적으로 중요한 국제회의‧행사, 학술 및 기술지원 등)등 특수한 목적으로 한국을 방문하는 경우에만 면제가 인정되며, 유학을 목적으로 입국하는 외국인의 경우 여전히 10일 자가격리를 해야 합니다. 관련된 자세한 내용은 해당 국가 대사관(영사관)에 문의 바랍니다.
③ 유학생은 장기체류외국인입니다. 장기체류외국인은 대한민국 정부에서 제공하는 격리숙소 입소 대상자가 아니며, 반드시 개별 격리장소에서 10일간 자가격리를 해야 합니다.
④ 기숙사에 입사 예정인 학생은 입국 후 10일 자가격리를 해야 입사할 수 있습니다. 기숙사에서 격리하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 만약, 입국 후 10일 자가격리로 인하여 기숙사 입사일에 입사 불가능한 학생은 국제팀으로 연락을 주기 바랍니다.
⑤ 입국 후 원룸, 아파트 등 독립적인 주거공간에서는 자가격리가 가능하며, 일반 호텔 같은 공공 숙박 시설에서는 자가격리가 허용되지 않습니다. 한국에 격리공간이 있는 학생은 입국 후 공항 검역 장소에서 격리공간에 대해 증명을 하기 위하여 거주지를 증명할 수 있는 서류(계약서, 주소 등)를 미리 준비하기 바랍니다.
⑥ 격리시설 예약 안내
만약 입국 후 격리공간이 없을 경우, 아래 격리 시설 ROOMKOR 예약사이트를 통해서 격리공간을 예약하기 바랍니다. ROOMKOR는 서강대학교 국제처와 협업하여 Off-campus 숙소를 제공하는 업체입니다. 격리공간에 대한 비용(*1일 $80~$100 내외)는 학생 개별 부담이며, 숙박 이외에 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다. 공항에서 격리 장소로 이동하는 교통편 예약 지원, 일 3회 식사, 격리기간 동안의 생활지원 서비스(다국어 콜센터, 격리인원 온라인 커뮤니티, 언어교환, 한국어 강의 프로그램 등) 예약 시 보증금이 있으며, 예약 후 취소 시 취소 수수료가 발생할 수 있으니 입국 일정 등을 잘 확인하여 미리 잘 예약하기 바랍니다.

3) 공항 교통편 및 기타 세부 안내사항
① 공항에서 자가격리장소로 이동할 때에는 개인 차량 또는 지정된 공항 리무진버스, 또는 해외입국자 전용 방역택시를 통해서만 이동이 가능합니다. 일반적인 대중교통은 이용이 불가능합니다. 공항 검역관리소의 안내에 따라 지정된 교통수단을 통해 이동 중 다른 장소를 방문하지 않고 바로 격리 장소로 이동하기 바랍니다.
② 국내에 입국하는 외국인 유학생은 코로나19 PCR검사를 총 3회(입국 전, 입국 후 1일 이내, 자가격리 해제 전) 받아야 합니다. 방역 기관의 안내에 따라 검사를 잘 받기 바랍니다.

Arrival Information and Quarantine Reservation Guide for Spring 2022
1) Arrival Preparations
① All students entering Korea from abroad are required to quarantine themselves upon their arrival for 10 days before entering the campus. In light of this requirement, we advised you to enter Korea on February 14, 2022 (Mon) at the latest. Students should be prompt to apply for the visa and book their flight accordingly. Due to COVID-19, visa issuance process may take more than four weeks.
② A Certificate of Admission is a mandatory document to submit when applying for Student(D-2) Visa. Students who need to newly obtain their Student(D-2) Visa may contact One-stop Center(+82-2-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr) to get their Certificate of Admission. Freshmen and transfer students may contact the Office of International Affairs to get their Certificate of Admission. (Those with their Re-entry Permit within the expiration date don’t need to apply for the Certificate of Admission and the Visa)
③ Please make sure to visit the website of your local Korean Consulate General and check the list of required documents for the STUDENT(D-2) visa application. Some of the recent changes have been made by Korean Embassies around the world:
- Consent form for a 10-day quarantine
- A negative PCR test declaration, issued within 72 hours of departure(*For the PCR test declaration inquiries, contact the Korean Embassy or consulate of your country.)
④ As of August 10th, 2021, all foreign nationals arriving in South Korea are required to provide a negative PCR test declaration issued within 72 hours of departure. Any person who submits an inadequate PCR test declaration (E.g., Issued past 72 hours of departure) or who fails to submit it will be refused to enter. Make sure to reserve proper quarantine accommodations and prepare USIM available in Korea before your departure. All inbound travelers from overseas to South Korea must install Self Diagnosis App on their phones to pass the quarantine at the airport. Inbound travelers must provide an address of the place for their quarantine, their cell phone number (which is active in Korea), and their guardians (or the owner of the place for quarantine) cell phone number.
⑤ If you are asked to identify yourself at the airport, let the airport quarantine personnel call the Office of International Affairs (02-705-8048). We answer these emergency calls after business hours.
2) Mandatory 10-Day quarantine
① As of November 1st, 2021, all inbound travelers entering South Korea are required to self-quarantine upon their arrival for 10 days.
② As of December 3rd, 2021, all inbound travelers entering South Korea are mandated for a 10-day quarantine regardless of their vaccination status. Students are not eligible to apply for quarantine exemption. For detailed information, contact the respective Korean Embassy or Consulate.
③ International students are defined as long-term visitors. Long-term visitors are not eligible for admitting to a government-designated quarantine facility.
④ If you have applied for the on-campus dormitory(Gonzaga Hall), you may check in only after the 10-day quarantine is over. Notify the Office of International Affairs if you wont be arriving within the Gonzaga move-in date due to the mandatory 10-day quarantine.
⑤ You may quarantine at your place if you reside alone in studios (one-rooms) or apartments. In this case, you will need to submit your proof of housing (lease contract) and the address to the quarantine officer at the airport. Quarantine in public accommodations like regular hotels is not allowed.
⑥ Quarantine Facility Reservation
If you do not have a place to quarantine, you could make a reservation at the Roomkor. Roomkor is a company that provides off-campus accommodation in MOU with the Office of International Affairs. Please note that students need to pay for the expenses themselves. ($80 - $100 per night, varying from the room type) The fee includes meals three times per day, and services such as interpretation through a phone call, language exchange, Korean class online for a 10-day quarantine period. There will be a deposit payment required to confirm your reservation. There may be a cancellation fee upon canceling. Please check the arrival schedule carefully before making a reservation.

3) Airport transportation
① You may not take public transportations upon getting to your place of quarantine from the airport. You may only take Quarantine Taxi, Special Transportation Bus, or private vehicle. However, if you would prefer private vehicles, you must be picked up by family members or friends. Driving yourself is not allowed. Make sure to use the designated quarantine transportations following the airport quarantine personnel’s guide. You must go directly to your place of quarantine without visiting any other places.
② All international students are required to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test for total three times: pre-departure, within one day upon arrival, and on your last day of quarantine. Please follow the instructions of the Korean disease control authorities and public health center.

2022学年第1学期入境手续与入境后10日自行隔离及隔离场所预约通知
1)入境指南及准备事项
①入境韩国后自行隔离10天后方可进入学校及进行面对面的课程及考试。为了出入学校及听面对面课程，需要办理留学签证（D-2）的学生请迅速申请签证并购买飞往韩国的机票。因新型冠状病毒导致签证审查及签发签证可能需要3~4周以上的时间。
②标准入学许可书是想要获得留学签证（D-2）时必须提交的文件。 为了入境，需要从新签发留学签证（D-2）的在校生，请到综合服务室（+82-705-8000, onestop@sogang.ac.kr）申请签发。2022学年度第1学期的新生及插班生请向国际处咨询发放标准入学许可书的事项。（再入境许可有效未过期的学生无需重新获得标准入学许可书。）
③关于签证申请，请务必在本国驻韩国大使馆（或领事馆）网站上确认签证申请提交文件介绍。 下面是最近因新型冠状病毒，世界各国驻韩国大使馆（或领事馆）要求追加的文件。
- 进入隔离设施同意书
- 以出发日期为准，72小时内签发的新型冠状病毒阴性确认书（*阴性确认书相关咨询在出国前咨询本国驻韩国大使馆或领事馆）
④2021年8月10日以后入境的所有外国人必须持有出发前国家以出发日为准72小时以内签发的PCR阴性确认书，方可入境。 未达到PCR阴性确认书标准（例如，以出发日期为准，72小时后发放）或未提交者无法入境，请在出发前准备好PCR阴性确认书。
从海外进入韩国的所有入境者入境后，请务必在机场的检疫所下载自行隔离的软件到本人手机上。由于在机场检疫所需要留下隔离场所的地址，本人的韩国电话号码，监护人（隔离场所的管理人员）的联系方式，在韩国没有隔离场所的同学需提前预约适当的隔离场所，没有韩国电话号码的情况，需在出国前准备在韩国可以使用的电话卡（USIM）。
⑤ 在机场需要确认身份时，请向机场检疫人员告知国际处负责人电话号码（02-705-8048）工作时间外也在线。
2) 入境后10日自行隔离及隔离场所预约介绍
①从2021年11月1日起，从海外入境的韩国国民和外国人入境后，需进行10天的自我隔离。
②从2021年12月3日开始，从海外入境的韩国国民和外国人，不论接种经历如何，入境后10天内都要进行自我隔离。 只有学术、公益目的（国家重要的国际会议、活动、学术及技术支援等）等特殊目的访问韩国时，才能免除，以留学为目的入境的外国人仍需进行10日自行隔离。相关详细内容请咨询相关国家驻韩国大使馆（领事馆）。
③留学生属于长期滞留外国人。长期滞留的外国人不属于可以入住韩国政府提供的隔离场所进行对象，所以必须自行预定隔离场所进行10天的自行隔离。
④准备入住学校Gonzaga宿舍的学生需进行10天自行隔离之后才可入住Gonzaga宿舍。Gonzaga宿舍无法作为隔离场所进行隔离。进入韩国后，由于自行隔离10天等原因，在宿舍入舍日当天无法办理宿舍入住的学生请联系国际处。
⑤入韩国后，可在oneroom，公寓等独立的居住地点进行自行隔离。在韩国有地方隔离的学生，进入韩国后需向机场检疫处提供自己有可以进行自行隔离地方的证明，证明材料（居住证明，合约书， 地址等）请提前准备。
⑥隔离场所预约
学生在进入韩国后没有地方可以自行隔离时，请通过下文中的设施预约网站，预约隔离场所。Roomkor是与西江大学国际处合作提供Off-campus宿舍的企业。隔离场所的费用(*1日$80-$100)须由学生个人承担, 除住宿外，还包括可提供机场到隔离宿所的交通工具、每天3次就餐、隔离期间的生活支援服务等。预约时，如若在已经交付保证金的情况下进行取消，可能会产生一定的取消手续费。请认真确认好入住日期等事项之后再进行预约。

3)从机场到隔离场所交通工具事项及其他细节
①从机场出发去往隔离场所时只能通过个人车辆或指定的机场豪华大巴，海外入境者专业防疫出租车进行移动。不可以使用一般大众交通，需根据机场防疫管理所的指示，通过指定交通手段进行移动，且中途切勿访问其他地方，请直接到达隔离场所。
②入境韩国的外国留学生必须接受新型冠状病毒PCR检查3次（入境前，入境后1天内，自行隔离解除前）。请按照防疫机关的指引好好接受检查。
