학부 국제학생 대상 2021학년도 2학기 시험운영방식 추가 공지

2. 국제학생 대상 비대면 평가 안내
- 2021학년도 2학기 수업의 평가방식은 대면시험이 원칙이며, 코로나19 상황에 따라 학사 방침이 유동적일 수 있으므로 입국이 가능한 학생들은 가급적 입국을 하여야 함.
- 다만, 코로나19로 인한 국가봉쇄 / 비자발급 제한 / 항공편 운항 제한 등의 불가피한 사유로 2021-2학기 개강일(2021.9.1)기준 해외 체류중인 학생은 비대면시험으로 평가를 시행함.
- 개강 이후 국제팀에서 법무부 출입국관리사무소에 재학중인 국제학생들의 체류 현황을 요청할 예정이며, 해당 체류 현황 자료는 학사지원팀 및 국제학생 교육센터를 통해서 각 과목 교·강사에게 전달될 예정임. 따라서, 개강일(2021.9.1) 기준 해외 체류중인 학생은 개별적으로 비대면 평가를 신청할 필요가 없음.
- 개강일(2021.9.1) 기준 한국 체류중인 학생은 비대면 평가 대상이 아니며, 개강 후 무단으로 귀국 시 중간, 기말고사 평가에 불이익을 받을 수 있으므로 임의로 귀국하지 않도록 주의를 요함.
- 개강일(2021.9.1) 이후 입국 예정인 학생은 입국 이후 각 수업의 조교, 교·강사에게 연락하여 대면 시험을 응시할 수 있음.

Additional announcement on Guidelines for fall 2021 Courses and exam

2. Exam Guidelines of the 2021 Fall Semester for International Student
- According to the ‘Guidelines for Fall 2021 Courses’ from the Office of the registrar, the mid-term and final exams are all conducted offline. Also, since academic policy may flexible depending on the COVID-19 situation, it is strongly advised students to enter Korea if circumstances allow.
- However, students who are unable to enter Korea and staying abroad as of September 1st, 2021, due to COVID 19 situation such as national lockdown or visa issuance restrictions or flight reservations delays and restriction, can be exempted to take the exams offline. (Conduct evaluation by non-face-to-face test)
- Students who are in abroad as of September 1st, 2021, DO NOT need to apply for offline exemptions, since the Office of International Affairs will require exit and entry data of all enrolled international students to the Immigration Office. The information will be delivered to the professor or instructors of each class through the Office of the Registrar and Education Center for International Students.
- Students staying in Korea as of September 1st, 2021 are NOT subject to the exemption. So, be careful that not to return home arbitrarily after September 1st, 2021.
- Students who are scheduled to enter Korea after September 1st, 2021 can take face-to-face exam by contact the TA or professor of each class.

2.以国际学生为对象的非面对面评价介绍
-2021学年度第2学期课程的评价方式是以面对面考试为原则，根据新型冠状病毒情况，学士方针可能会有变动，因此鼓励能够入境韩国的学生尽量可以入境。
-但是，以新型冠状病毒导致的国家封锁/签证发放限制/航班运行限制等不可避免的理由，以2021学年度第2学期开学日（2021.9.1）为准，滞留海外的学生可通过非面对面考试进行评价。
-开学以后，国际处将向法务部出入境管理事务所要求查看在读国际学生的滞留现状，相关滞留现状资料将通过教务处和国际学生教育中心传达给各科目的教授和讲师。因此，以开学日（2021.9.1）为基准，在海外滞留的学生无需另外申请非面对面评价。
-以开学日（2021.9.1）为基准，滞留韩国的学生不属于非面对面评价对象，开学后擅自回国时，可能会受到期中、期末考试评价的不利影响，请注意不要擅自回国。
-预计开学日（2021.9.1）以后入境韩国的学生，入境后可联系各课程的助教、教授和讲师，参加面对面考试。
